The label cutting machine cuts waved fabric sheet into individual labels. If the order is customized the same machine also folds the edges of the labels while cutting them. |

|
The waved label fabric sheet is processed through a quality control machine that detects metal residue from needles. When an irregularity is detected it is removed by hand by a stand by operator and the whole order is inspected visually to guarantee the best quality. |

The labels are packaged in boxes and together with the billing statement enclosed are shipped directly to the customer. |
